Be the bridge between the platform and the field stand up Raven AI and Raven Fusion on customer infrastructure, tune it to their environment, and keep it running where it matters most.
What youll do
- Deploy and configure the platform on customer hardware, on-prem and air-gapped.
- Tune models and analytics to each sites cameras, scenes and use-cases.
- Run demos and proofs-of-concept against real customer environments.
- Feed field learnings back to product and engineering.
What we look for
- 3+ years in deployment, solutions or DevOps-style customer-facing engineering.
- Strong Linux, networking, containers and GPU stack troubleshooting.
- Comfortable on-site and travelling to customer deployments.
- Transparent communicator who can translate between operators and engineers.
