Job Role:

A Social Media Trainee supports the marketing team by learning to plan, create, and schedule content across digital platforms. Key duties include assisting with short-form video creation, drafting captions, tracking engagement analytics, and monitoring trending topics to help grow brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies aligned with brand objectives

2.Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube

3.Monitor engagement, respond to messages/comments, and manage online reputation

4. Plan and execute promotional campaigns, giveaways, and seasonal marketing drives

5.Coordinate with designers and video editors for creatives and motion content

6. Analyze campaign performance and generate weekly/monthly reports 7. Conduct competitor research and market trend analysis

8. Manage WhatsApp marketing and email campaigns where required

9. Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
