Uteshiya Medicare Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer and importer of orthopedic implants and medical devices, committed to delivering innovative, high-quality healthcare solutions. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Supply Chain Manager to lead our end-to-end supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, planning, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.
- Develop demand forecasts and production plans to ensure timely material availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock to reduce shortages and excess inventory.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely procurement and deliveries.
- Oversee import documentation, customs coordination, and transportation activities.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, Medical Device Regulations, and company SOPs.
- Drive cost optimization, process improvements, and operational efficiency.




- Lead and develop the Supply Chain team while collaborating with cross-functional departments.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, Pharmacy, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain or Operations will be an added advantage.
- 8–12 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, or Logistics.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role.
- Experience in the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare Manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, inventory management, demand planning, imports, logistics, and vendor management.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
