- Identify and acquire recent B2B customers and business stakeholders, build strong relationships, and drive revenue growth.
- You will also manage customer relationships, generate repeat business, upsell/cross-sell, ensure timely payments and resolve customer concerns.
- Understanding the customer's credit/financing requirements and pitching suitable financing solutions.
- Educating clients about our digital platform for ordering, payments, tracking and credit, while coordinating with internal teams such as supply chain, logistics, credit and operations to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Preferred candidate profile
- 3+ years in B2B sales, project sales, or customer-facing roles and Banking/NBFC industry experience will be a value add.
- Has strong track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term relationships.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer value and driving business growth.
