Responsibilities-

- Lead financial planning including OTB, AOP, seasonal budgeting, pricing strategy, and margin optimization to drive profitability.
- Develop range and assortment plans by store cluster and channel, ensuring optimal width, depth, and productivity.
- Plan store capacity and inventory allocation based on MBQ, space grading, and recent store requirements.
- Monitor sell-through, SPSF, stock ageing, FWC, and execute in-season markdowns and stock transfers to optimize performance.
- Partner with Buying and cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights for range selection and continuous business improvement.
