Job Summary

The Senior Executive - Corporate Communications will be responsible for building and protecting Evolute Groups corporate reputation through strategic internal and external communication initiatives.

This role will strengthen leadership visibility, thought leadership, employer branding and stakeholder engagement while ensuring a consistent corporate narrative across all Group businesses.

The role will bridge business strategy and storytelling, enabling leadership, employees, customers, media, partners and government stakeholders to experience one unified Evolute voice.

Major Areas of Contribution

- Strategic Contribution
- Develop and execute a unified Corporate Communications strategy aligned with Evolute Groups business vision and growth objectives.
- Position Evolute leadership as industry thought leaders through PR, media engagement, keynote opportunities, LinkedIn content, interviews and authored articles.
- Build employer brand visibility by collaborating with HR to strengthen EVP, employee advocacy and talent branding initiatives.
- Drive corporate reputation by developing compelling narratives for customers, government bodies, industry associations, partners and global institutions.

- Functional Contribution





- Draft and manage all corporate communication including press releases, media notes, leadership announcements and executive messaging.
- Manage internal communications including town halls, leadership updates, organizational announcements and culture-building initiatives.
- Coordinate with PR agencies, media partners and industry publications to improve brand visibility and share of voice.
- Develop speeches, opinion articles, LinkedIn posts, blogs and communication assets for CXOs.
- Ensure messaging consistency across websites, corporate presentations, sales collateral, company profiles and investor-facing communication.
- Support crisis communication planning, reputation management and online brand monitoring.
- Collaborate with Marketing, HR, Business Units and Leadership to translate business priorities into compelling communication.

Success Indicators in First 6 Months

- Develop and launch a Group-wide Corporate Communications calendar covering internal and external communication.
- Establish leadership thought leadership framework with monthly LinkedIn content, PR outreach and speaking opportunity pipeline.
- Improve Evolutes share of voice through consistent media coverage, interviews and industry features.




- Build employer branding assets including employee advocacy campaigns, careers page refresh and EVP communication.
- Develop standardized communication templates and governance framework for all corporate messaging.
- Establish communication performance dashboards measuring media visibility, engagement and internal communication effectiveness.

Growth opportunity for this role

- Build and lead Evolute Groups Corporate Communications Centre of Excellence.
- Work directly with CXOs and leadership on strategic business initiatives and corporate positioning.
- Evolve into a Manager / Lead - Corporate Communications, Brand Strategy or Corporate Affairs role with responsibility for global communication programs.

Qualifications

- Masters Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations or Business Management.
- 5-6 years of experience in Corporate Communications, PR, Brand Communications or Strategic Communications.
- Experience working in technology companies, manufacturing, fintech, engineering or other B2B organizations is highly preferred.
- Robust exposure to CXO communications, executive writing, media management and thought leadership initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across Marketing, HR, Product, Business and Leadership teams.
