ABOUT THE ROLE

Were looking for a Purchase Executive to manage day-to-day procurement - from purchase requisitions through to purchase orders and vendor coordination - supporting our manufacturing operations in Vasai.

WHAT YOULL DO

- Process purchase requisitions into purchase orders
- Source quotes and prepare comparative statements for vendor selection
- Coordinate with vendors on pricing, lead times,



and delivery schedules
- Track material lead times and flag availability risks
- Coordinate goods receipt confirmation with the Stores team
- Maintain and update vendor records

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

- Bachelors degree required; an engineering background is a plus
- 1-2 years of experience in purchase/procurement
- Comfortable with MS Excel; familiarity with Tally is a plus
- Valuable negotiation and vendor communication skills
- Organized, with strong follow-up discipline
