ABOUT THE ROLE

Were looking for an experienced Design Manager to lead our machine design team - owning everything from concept through to final drawing and BOM release for our industrial cleaning and surface treatment equipment.

WHAT YOULL DO

- Lead and manage the design team, including coordination with our electrical and automation function
- Own design gate reviews and sign-offs at every stage of a project
- Assess and approve customer change requests, escalating major impacts where needed




- Own the drawing and BOM release process for every project
- Plan and manage workload across the design team
- Drive the standardisation of our machine platforms to reduce design-to-delivery time

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in machinery/industrial equipment design, including team leadership
- Robust hands-on proficiency in SolidWorks or equivalent CAD software
- Proven experience owning a design process end-to-end, from concept to release
- Strong people management and cross-functional coordination skills
