- Reach the daily targets set by the company.
- Maintaining the 99% accuracy for the tabulation done for the claims.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in any stream with 1+ years in insurance billing/processing.
- Exceptional interpersonal, listening, and verbal/written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage conflict effectively.
- Robust multitasking capabilities, problem-solving mindset, and proficiency in project management tools.
