- Client servicing where the long-term deal has been signed by the revenue team
- Build case studies of the campaigns to pitch to other clients, and to Tracking best practices for digital campaigns to improve our sales effort.
- Co-ordinate between client, ENIL and external vendors on the on-going campaigns
- Ensure documentation for each of the campaigns, and track MIS
- Keep track of the Legal agreements and other documentation and process for the sales deals completed
Required skill sets:
- 5-8 years of Client Servicing experience
- Ideally from advertising servicing background
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power point
- Need someone with attention to detail, very strong communication skills
- Be self driven and ability to work well in rapid-paced environment
- Excellent in relationship building
