Desired Candidate Profile

- Master's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture (Ph.D. preferred).
- 815 years of relevant academic and/or industry experience.
- Prior experience as HOD, Program Coordinator, Academic Lead, or Senior Faculty is preferred.
- Strong expertise in Residential, Commercial, Retail, and Sustainable Design.
- Hands-on knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent leadership, communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.

and drive academic excellence through industry-oriented education and innovative learning practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Interior Design department, ensuring academic quality and student success.
- Deliver advanced lectures and studio sessions in Interior Design.
- Mentor faculty members and monitor curriculum delivery.
- Guide students in Graduation Projects, Residential Design, Commercial Office Design, Retail Design, Sustainable Design, and Portfolio Development.
