- Source top talent for various positions within the organization through campus hiring, employee referrals, and other sources.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fitment with job requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates who meet company standards.
Job Requirements :
- 2-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Solid understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends and market dynamics.
- Preferred from Manufacturing Industries only.
- Only Thursday's will be off.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
- Proven track record in sourcing top talent from diverse sources.
