RSC Projects Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Business Development Executive to drive business growth in the steel fabrication, manufacturing, and erection sector. The ideal candidate should have strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop new client relationships and convert opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through market research, networking, references, and industry contacts.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in steel fabrication, manufacturing, and erection projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical and project teams to develop suitable solutions.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Follow up with prospects from initial enquiry to negotiation and final closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to client requirements.
- Track market trends, competitor activities,



and upcoming projects.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development and sales targets.
- Attend client meetings, industry events, site visits, and business meetings as required.

Required Skills & Experience

- Experience in Business Development / Sales in steel fabrication, manufacturing, engineering, infrastructure, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of steel fabrication, manufacturing, and erection projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Solid lead-generation and business-conversion abilities.
- Good market research and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
