- Coordinate with payroll, advantages, and Core HR workstreams.
- Validate time and absence transactions integrated with payroll processing.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR, Payroll, and Operations stakeholders.
- Facilitate solution design workshops and process discussions.
- Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and test scenarios.
Post Go-Live Support
- Troubleshoot functional issues and production incidents.
- Support quarterly Oracle updates and impact assessments.
- Provide enhancement recommendations and optimization opportunities.
