Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for C2H (Contract-to-Hire) requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and references.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and candidate closures.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to meet hiring targets.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in IT recruitment, preferably C2H hiring.
- Good understanding of IT skills and technologies.
- Strong sourcing, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
