Responsible for installation, configuration, performance tuning, scheduling, and support of the Ab Initio ETL workplace. Ensure reliable, secure, and optimized data processing while collaborating with development and infrastructure teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain Ab Initio components (Co>Operating System, EME, GDE, Control Center).
- Manage metadata repositories and operational consoles.
- Monitor ETL jobs, troubleshoot failures, and optimize performance.
- Manage user access, controls, and security protocols.
- Schedule ETL jobs (Control Center, Autosys) and develop automation scripts (Shell/Python).
- Provide L2/L3 support for ETL jobs and platform issues.
- Maintain configuration and process documentation; ensure compliance.
- (Preferred) Support cloud migrations and CI/CD using AWS/Azure/GCP and Jenkins.

Required Skills

- Strong experience with Ab Initio tools (GDE, EME, Metadata Hub).
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux & Shell scripting.
- Solid ETL & Data Warehousing knowledge.
- Experience with databases (Oracle, Teradata, PostgreSQL, SQL).
- (Preferred) Cloud exposure: AWS (EKS, S3, RDS), Docker, Kubernetes.
