- Minimum 710 years of experience in travel and tourism operations, preferably in inbound tour operations.
- Proven ability to lead, supervise, and manage an operations team, ensuring the smooth and seamless execution of tours and travel services.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.
- Excellent knowledge of tour planning, itinerary execution, hotel bookings, transportation, guides, and other destination services.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with international clients, DMCs, suppliers, hotels, transporters, and local service providers.
- Strong focus on quality control, operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and timely service delivery.
- Ability to handle multiple tours, last-minute changes, emergencies, and operational challenges efficiently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a robust customer-service orientation.
