- Handle gold loan customers and explain loan products, terms, and eligibility.
- Evaluate gold ornaments as per company guidelines and complete loan processing.
- Verify customer KYC and documentation accurately.
- Manage disbursement, repayments, renewals, and customer queries.
- Achieve assigned sales and collection targets while maintaining compliance.
- Build valuable customer relationships and support branch operations.
Requirements: Good communication skills, basic financial knowledge, customer-handling ability, and willingness to work with sales targets. Gold loan/banking experience is preferred.
