Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Process loan applications, conduct credit checks, and make lending decisions within the bank's policies.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for other bank products and services to increase revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and performance metrics.
Job Requirements :
- 1-11 years of experience in housing loan/home loan).
- Robust understanding of home loans, housing loan, LAP (Loan Against Property), mortgage loans, and personal loans.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers.
