Talent Sourcer - Bulk Hiring & Non-IT Recruitment

About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and proactive Talent Sourcer to support high-volume recruitment requirements across Non-IT and BPO functions. The ideal candidate should have solid sourcing skills, experience in bulk hiring, and a passion for identifying top talent.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring requirements.
- Create and publish attractive job advertisements across multiple job boards.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and various resume databases.
- Conduct candidate outreach and engage passive talent.
- Review applications and perform initial screening.
- Conduct telephonic interviews and candidate assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills

- Strong sourcing and talent-mapping capabilities.
- Experience in bulk hiring and Non-IT recruitment.




- Experience hiring for BPO Voice and Non-Voice processes is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or above.
- Minimum 1 year of sourcing/recruitment experience.
- Prior experience in BPO, shared services, or bulk hiring environments preferred.
