About the Role
We are looking for Medical Scribe who will work closely with US healthcare providers, documenting patient information in real-time and supporting care coordination activities. The ideal candidate should have strong listening skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of medical terminology.
Responsibilities
Work alongside healthcare providers to document patient encounters in real-time.
Manage and update patient health records in EMR systems.
Prepare clinical summaries, referrals, prior authorizations, and care coordination notes.
Perform care management tasks such as appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and patient outreach.
Maintain confidentiality as per HIPAA compliance.




Ensure accuracy and completeness in patient documentation.
Communicate effectively with providers for clarification when needed.
Required Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, ICD/CPT codes.
Prior experience in Medical Scribing / US Healthcare preferred.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting.
Attention to detail and high accuracy in documentation.
Education
Graduate (Any stream)
Life sciences background is preferred but not mandatory.
