Role Description The Interior Designer will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing interior spaces for residential and commercial projects in Bengaluru North. This full-time, on-site role involves developing design concepts, preparing layouts, selecting materials and finishes, and coordinating FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) to meet project requirements and client expectations. Day-to-day tasks include space planning, creating construction drawings, collaborating with architects and contractors, and ensuring designs adhere to budget, timelines, and quality standards.



The Interior Designer will participate in client meetings, present design proposals, incorporate feedback, and oversee implementation to maintain design integrity. The role also requires staying updated on design trends, building codes, and best practices to deliver functional and visually appealing interiors.
Qualifications

Demonstrated ability in Interior Design and Space Planning, with a strong focus on functionality and aesthetics.
Knowledge of Architecture principles and their application to interior projects.
Proficiency in preparing detailed Construction Drawings and documentation for execution.
Experience with FF&E; selection, specification, and coordination for various project types.
Strong skills in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Vray, Enscape, or similar) and presentation tools.
Fair Idea in Modular Furniture is must.
Effective communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; relevant work experience in interiors is preferred.
