Flourish by Gunjan Jain is India's demi-fine jewellery brand, known for rare gemstones, intricate craftsmanship, and global design at a price point that makes exceptional jewellery accessible. As we relaunch the brand and expand into current markets, we're looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to drive showroom sales and brand visibility from the ground up.

Role
Full-time, on-site — Kolkata Showroom
Compensation: ₹35,000/month base + performance commission on showroom sales
You'll be the face of the brand in Kolkata — converting walk-ins and marketing-driven leads into sales, building lasting client relationships, and running the marketing efforts that bring customers through the door. This is a hands-on, revenue-owning role central to the brand's relaunch.

What you'll do
Sales & Client Relationships
Handle in-showroom customer interactions — understand client needs, guide them through the collection, and close sales
Coordinate with customers pre- and post-purchase: follow-ups, order status, styling advice, and after-sales service
Build and maintain a client relationship pipeline — repeat buyers, referrals, and high-value clients
Coordinate with walk-in and online leads generated through marketing campaigns,



ensuring timely follow-up and conversion
Maintain customer records and track sales performance against targets
Liaise with vendors and collaborators on deals, stock, and showroom needs
Marketing
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook, supporting the brand relaunch
Run performance marketing and manage influencer partnerships and collaborations
Write and produce marketing content and creative materials
Track campaign performance and refine strategy based on results

What we're looking for
2–6 years of experience in sales and/or marketing; luxury or fashion industry background a strong plus
Proven ability to close sales and manage client relationships, not just generate leads
Hands-on experience with digital, performance, and influencer marketing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable both on the showroom floor and behind a campaign
A well-networked operator who can independently drive deals and collaborations
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small, fast-moving team
