Key Responsibilities:
✅ Connect with students and guide them through the education loan process
✅ Follow up with leads and convert them into successful applications
✅ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement
✅ Maintain accurate records in CRM and reports

✔ Robust communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Basic MS Office
✔ Customer-focused approach
✔ Graduate in any discipline (MBA is an added advantage)
