About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager – Client Servicing to manage key client relationships and drive successful execution of integrated marketing and advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in an advertising agency, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate seamlessly between clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Understand client business objectives, challenges, and marketing goals.
Identify opportunities for business growth and account expansion.
Campaign & Project Management
Lead end-to-end management of advertising and marketing projects.
Prepare and manage campaign briefs, timelines, and deliverables.
Coordinate with creative, strategy, media, digital, production, and vendor teams.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
Strategic Planning & Execution
Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective communication strategies.
Contribute to campaign planning, presentations, and client proposals.
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
Financial & Commercial Management
Manage project budgets, estimates, and profitability.
Track billing, invoicing,



and payment collections.
Ensure commercial compliance and maintain healthy account margins.
Business Development
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Support new business pitches and presentations.
Contribute to agency revenue growth through strong client retention.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.
4–7 years of client servicing experience in an advertising, digital, or integrated agency.
Solid understanding of brand communication, advertising, digital marketing, and media.
Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation tools.
