We’re looking for a Founder Content Producer / Videographer-Editor to work closely with our founder and build a strong personal-brand content engine.
The content ideas, themes and direction will largely come from the founder. Your job is to take those ideas and own the production end-to-end — from figuring out how to shoot them, to filming, editing and delivering the final content.
This is not a traditional social media manager role.
We are looking for someone who understands people, storytelling, camera, editing and content .
What you’ll do Plan shoots around the founder's content ideas and calendar
Figure out the setting, framing, lighting, camera angles, shots and format for each piece of content
Shoot the founder for short-form videos, talking-head content, interviews, behind-the-scenes content and other formats
Make the founder look natural, confident and engaging on camera
Capture additional B-roll and supporting footage wherever required
Edit high-quality Reels, short-form videos and other founder-led content
Handle pacing, cuts, captions, sound, music, colour correction and overall visual finishing
Repurpose longer recordings into multiple pieces of content
Understand what makes content watchable and shareable , rather than simply producing technically correct videos
Build a consistent visual style for the founder's personal brand
Maintain an organised library of raw footage, edits and final assets
Continuously experiment with formats, hooks, editing styles and storytelling approaches
What we’re looking for Strong experience in videography and video editing
Excellent understanding of framing, lighting,



composition and camera movement
Robust editing skills in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent
Experience creating Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts / LinkedIn video content
Ability to independently plan and execute a shoot
Strong sense of pacing and storytelling
Good understanding of social media content and what keeps people watching
A strong visual eye — you should care about how every frame looks
Comfortable directing a founder during shoots and getting natural performances
Fast, proactive and comfortable working closely with a founder
The kind of person we're looking for You should be able to take a simple idea like:
“I want to talk about why I decided to build this company.” and turn it into:
Where should we shoot it?
How should the founder sit/stand?
What should the framing be?
What B-roll do we need?
How should the first 3 seconds work?
Where should the cuts happen?
What should appear on screen?
How should the final video feel?
You should be someone who thinks about the content, not just the camera.
This role is NOT A social media manager role
A graphic designer role
A purely technical camera operator role
Someone who waits for a shot list and simply records it
Someone who only knows how to add captions and trending music to videos
We want someone who can take ownership of the production process.
