OT Discovery & Ingestion: Direct experience utilizing Service Graph Connectors for OT Discovery (e.g., Claroty, Nozomi, Microsoft Defender for IoT) and configuring OT Discovery schedules.
Operational Technology Service Management (OTSM): Proven competence setting up industrial processes covering OT Incident, OT Change, and OT Request Management inside the Industrial Workspace.
OT Vulnerability Response: Experience implementing security risk detection workflows, monitoring production floor threats, and aligning with security visibility dashboards.
