We are a tight-knit team of 10 people who care deeply about the people we serve. Every lead we speak to is someone in pain, looking for hope. That is why the first conversation matters so much — and why this role exists.

The Role
We are looking for a Wellness Discovery Specialist to be the first human voice our inbound leads hear after booking a call with us. You will speak with people who have already raised their hand — your job is to understand where they are in their healing journey, listen with empathy, and determine whether our program is genuinely right for them before scheduling them with our sales team.
This is not a cold-calling role. Every lead you call has already asked to speak with us. Your work sets the tone for everything that follows.

What You Will Do
• Call inbound leads

who have booked appointments and hold warm, discovery-style conversations to understand their condition, goals, and readiness
• Qualify leads

against our fit criteria and schedule the right ones for calls with our sales team
• Follow up consistently

with leads across calls, WhatsApp, and email until each one reaches a clear outcome
• Maintain accurate records

of every conversation, lead status, and follow-up in our Google Sheets pipeline
• Coordinate calendars

between qualified leads and the sales team to book calls smoothly and on time




• Share ground-level insights

with the founder and sales head — what leads are asking, what is resonating, what is not

What You Bring
• Graduate degree

in any discipline
• 1–2 years of experience

in sales, tele-calling, customer success, or any communication-heavy role
• Fluency in English and Hindi

— both spoken and written, comfortable switching between the two
• Strong communication skills

— warm, clear, patient, and a genuinely good listener
• Comfort with structure

— you are organized, follow up without being reminded, and keep your data clean
• Empathy and emotional maturity

— you will be speaking with people in physical pain, often older, often skeptical

Nice to Have
• Background in communications, mass communication, or public relations
• Prior experience in inside sales, pre-sales, or lead qualification
• Exposure to the wellness, healthcare, coaching, or edtech space
• Familiarity with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, or calendar scheduling tools
