About the Role
We are looking for a Senior ETL Informatica Developer with 10+ years of strong hands-on experience in Informatica PowerCenter, Advanced SQL, and Microsoft Fabric .
The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding customer requirements, converting them into technical solutions, and independently developing, optimizing, and deploying data integration solutions.
Strong hands-on experience in all three core technologies — Informatica PowerCenter, Advanced SQL, and Microsoft Fabric — is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy ETL solutions using Informatica PowerCenter .
Understand customer requirements and translate them into technical designs and integration solutions.
Develop, maintain, and optimize Informatica mappings, workflows, and sessions.
Analyze and resolve data discrepancies and data-quality issues.
Work with Microsoft Fabric for up-to-date data engineering and integration requirements.
Develop complex SQL queries and support SQL Server/database-related activities.
Perform ETL and database performance tuning and optimization .
Work with SQL/PL-SQL and database structures as required.
Develop scripts and data-processing solutions using Python .
Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
Collaborate with customers, technical teams, and other stakeholders.
Support integration enhancements, deployments, and ongoing production activities.

10+ years of overall development experience.
10+ years of hands-on Informatica PowerCenter development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Advanced SQL / SQL Server .
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric .
Strong understanding of ETL development and data integration.
Experience with database design and performance optimization.
Working experience with Python for scripting/data processing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work independently and handle customer-facing technical requirements.

Profiles with only theoretical or limited exposure to Microsoft Fabric should not be considered.
