UnclaimedX is a Bengaluru-based FinTech and legaltech startup building digital inheritance infrastructure for India. Our consumer app, Pass Down, helps people securely store financial credentials and nominee details so their family never loses what belongs to them.
India has over ₹1.84 lakh crore in unclaimed financial assets sitting across banks, insurance companies, and government accounts. Families lose that money not because they are careless but because no one planned ahead. We are building the product that fixes that.

The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Flutter Mobile Developer to join our growing engineering team. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the Pass Down mobile application, working under the guidance of senior engineering leadership to deliver high-quality, production-ready mobile experiences across Android and iOS platforms.
This role offers exposure to security-conscious consumer application development within a dynamic, fast-paced startup setting.
You will work day-to-day under our Senior Product Leader for mobile app development and directly with the founder on user experience and product decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the development and delivery of mobile application screens in alignment with provided UI/UX specifications
Support REST API integration efforts, ensuring appropriate handling of all application response states
Assist in the implementation of navigation architecture, routing logic, and user input validation workflows
Support the implementation of secure local data storage and on-device data management
Support push notification integration across Android and iOS platforms




Participate in the integration of approved Flutter packages in accordance with established engineering standards
Conduct device-level testing across Android and iOS platforms prior to code review submission
Assist in identifying, diagnosing, and documenting application defects during internal testing and beta release cycles
Adhere to existing codebase architecture and coding conventions as defined by the senior engineering team

Requirements
1 to 2 years of demonstrated experience in Flutter and Dart application development
Prior contribution to or delivery of at least two production-grade mobile application
Proficiency in translating UI/UX design specifications into functional, production-ready screens
Working knowledge of RESTful API integration and response state management
Familiarity with at least one state management framework within the Flutter ecosystem (Provider, Riverpod, or BLoC)
Ability to comprehend and extend existing codebases in adherence to established architectural standards
Proficient use of version control systems, specifically Git, within collaborative development environments
Awareness of secure coding practices relating to local data protection

Good to Have
Exposure to secure storage solutions.
Familiarity with push notification services (FCM or APNs)
Prior experience deploying applications to Google Play Store or Apple App Store
Understanding of mobile application on device security principles
