Qualification: B.Ed. in Special Education (Mandatory)

Experience:
Prior experience as a Special Educator in a school setting preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Support students with special educational needs through individualized learning plans
Work closely with teachers and parents to ensure inclusive education
Conduct assessments and track student progress
Adapt curriculum and teaching strategies based on student needs
Provide emotional and academic support to students
Skills & Competencies:
Robust understanding of inclusive education practices
Patience and empathy in handling diverse learners
Good communication and collaboration skills
Ability to design customized learning interventions
