Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging designs for social media posts, banners, posters, flyers, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Develop creative visual content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, websites, and digital campaigns.
- Design marketing and branding materials as per company requirements.
- Support the HR, Recruitment, Marketing, and Management teams with creative design requirements.
- Edit and enhance images, graphics, and other visual content.
- Create presentations, company profiles, brochures, and other business-related creative materials.
- Maintain consistency with company branding, colors, fonts, and design guidelines.
- Stay updated with current graphic design trends and creative ideas.
- Manage multiple design projects and complete assignments within deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions.

Required Skills

- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Graphic Design.
- Valuable working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator,



and Canva.
- Robust understanding of graphic design principles, typography, colors, layouts, and branding.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand design briefs and convert ideas into attractive visual content.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work from the office in Kalinga Vihar, Bhubaneswar.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Figma or CorelDRAW.
- Knowledge of video editing, reels, motion graphics, or short-form content creation.
- Experience creating content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media creatives.
- Experience with corporate branding and promotional campaigns.
- A portfolio of professional, freelance, personal, or previous internship projects will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
