Job Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Baristas to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards
- Operate coffee machines and other beverage equipment efficiently
- Greet customers and take orders in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café and workstations
- Ensure proper presentation and quality of beverages
- Handle cash and billing transactions accurately when required
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock requirements
- Maintain excellent customer service and build positive guest relationships
Requirements:
- Candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation is preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Well-groomed and presentable personality
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
