Position: Junior Civil Engineer / Trainee Civil Engineer
Experience: Fresher (0–1 year)
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Location: Manamadurai (Food & Accommodation will be provided)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

- Assist senior engineers in planning, execution, and supervision of civil construction works.
- Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Check materials, measurements, workmanship, and quality of construction.
- Assist with quantity calculations, estimation, billing, and documentation.
- Read and understand civil/structural drawings and specifications.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements.
- Support project engineers in meeting quality, cost, and schedule targets.

Requirements

- Diploma / B.E.



/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office is preferred.
- Good understanding of basic civil engineering concepts.
- Willingness to work at construction/project sites.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates with internship or project experience will be an advantage.
