Key Responsibilities

- Design and govern end-to-end architecture for Next Generation Loyalty Platform initiatives.
- Support the 2026 Loyalty Transformation Tribe and standalone digital projects.
- Define scalable, secure, and high-performing solution architectures for digital and eCommerce applications.
- Collaborate with business, technology, and delivery teams to align architecture with business objectives.
- Lead integration design across web applications, mobile platforms,



loyalty systems, and enterprise applications.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards, governance, and delivery best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and product teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 12+ years of experience in Solution Architecture with solid digital and eCommerce expertise.
- Proven experience delivering Loyalty Platform implementations or modernization programs.
- Strong understanding of modern web technologies, microservices, and mobile integrations.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
