- 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling / Lead Generation / Sales Calling preferred

Job Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential industrial customers and generate business leads.
- Contact companies related to industries such as Textile, Pharma, Food Processing, Sugar, Paper, Chemical, Dairy, and other manufacturing sectors.
- Explain company products and services related to wastewater treatment solutions.
- Identify customer requirements and collect details about ETP/STP plants.
- Fix appointments and arrange meetings with sales/technical teams.
- Follow up with existing enquiries and maintain customer communication.
- Maintain daily call reports and lead status updates.
- Coordinate with the sales team for converting enquiries into business opportunities.





Required Skills:

✅ Good communication skills (Tamil, English, & for hindi preferences will be given )
✅ Hindi speaking ability will be an added advantage
✅ Confident speaking over the phone
✅ Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp communication)
✅ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
✅ Ability to handle customer queries professionally

Qualification:

- Any Degree / Diploma / Higher Secondary
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome

Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
(Based on experience + performance incentives)
