Job Title: Sales Head – Construction, Interior & Furniture Division

Location: Vennala,Ernakulam

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Head to lead sales and business development activities across Residential & Commercial Construction, Interior Fit-Out, and Furniture Projects. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies for construction, interior, and furniture projects.
- Generate new business opportunities in residential and commercial segments.
- Build and maintain relationships with builders, developers, architects, interior designers, consultants, and corporate clients.
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify and secure construction, interior fit-out, and furniture projects.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients.
- Coordinate with estimation,



design, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely collection of payments.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 15 years of experience in sales/business development within the Construction, Interior Fit-Out, or Furniture Industry.
- Proven experience in Residential and Commercial Construction, Interior, and Furniture.
- Solid network with builders, developers, architects, interior designers, contractors, and corporate clients.
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Preferred:

- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Valid driving license and own vehicle preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
