- 3+ years of experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality management
- Oversee daily café operations, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and product quality
- Recruit, train, schedule, and manage front-of-house and back-of-house staff
- Monitor staff performance and foster a positive, team-oriented work environment
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly with professionalism
- Maintain inventory, place orders, and coordinate with suppliers as needed
- Manage budgets, track sales performance, and report to ownership/managemen
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience managing staff schedules, training, and performance
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
