Desired Candidate profile:

Qualifications : Any Graduate

Two wheeler Mandatory

Experience : 1-4 years’ experience

Key Deliverables :

Ø Issuing unloading and loading slip to Labour In Charge as per requirement.

Ø Supervise the proper loading and unloading of trucks as per Reported Vehicle and its respective Invoice

Ø Loading and Unloading should be within optimum time to maintain IRPL TAT and Overall TAT.

Ø Responsible for better utilization of labour strength with proper planning of unloading and loading arrangements.

Ø Maintaining Stacking of Cement bags up to 15 nos parallel as per Godown SOP.

Ø Maintaining proper stock in Godown of Cement .

Ø Monitoring WITHOUT HOOK operation of Cement during loading and unloading of trucks.

Ø Responsible for timely sweeping of material and keeping Godown neat & clean.

Ø Ensuring all the trucks loaded should be covered with tarpaulin before leaving the godown premises.





Ø MIS & Google Sheet Timely Updation – Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly

Ø Stacking of cement leaving proper space surrounding and as per Godown SOP and Godown Operation Manual.

Ø Timely E-Waybill Review for all Transit/Reported Vehicles waiting for unloading at Dealer’s Counter, ensure no E-Waybill gets expired

Ø Preference and timely loading of Green Corridor Vehicle reported at respective dump within defined TAT

Ø Cross Verify Mandatory Documents of Vehicles (RC/Fitness/ Insurance etc) before execution of loading and ensure timely updation in Vehicle FMS Sheet as per its respective vehicle~ Wheel Type and Weight.
