Sales Executive — Succession Planning Advisory

Base Location: Kozhikode / Malappuram / Kottayam / Kochi (candidate assigned to one territory)

Reports To: Director of Business Development

Experience: 3–7 years in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in financial services, insurance, wealth management, legal advisory, or high-value consultative selling

About the Role

We're hiring Sales Executives across our four focus territories — Kozhikode, Malappuram, Kottayam, and Kochi (2–3 executives per location) — to drive client acquisition and deepen our presence in each market. Each executive will be based in and dedicated to a single territory. We're looking for sharp, driven, and emotionally intelligent individuals who can engage business owners and families on sensitive succession matters and close high-value, high-consideration sales. This is a field-intensive role requiring regular local travel and client visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue prospective clients — business owners, family businesses, and individuals — for succession planning solutions (Will and Private Family Trust) within the assigned territory
- Conduct in-person client meetings to understand business ownership structures, family dynamics, assets, and succession concerns with sensitivity and discretion
- Present and explain the value of succession planning instruments — including legal heir identification for business continuity and structured asset distribution — in a clear, trust-building manner
- Consistently work toward assigned sales targets within defined timelines
- Travel regularly within the assigned city/territory for client meetings, referral visits, and events
- Build a strong referral network through CAs, lawyers, wealth managers, business consultants, and existing clients
- Manage the full sales cycle — prospecting, needs discovery,



proposal, objection handling, and closing
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline status in CRM
- Report regularly to the Director of Business Development on territory performance, pipeline health, and market feedback
- Ensure a high standard of client experience given the sensitive, personal, and sometimes complex (business ownership) nature of the product

What We're Looking For

- 3–7 years of proven sales experience, ideally in financial services, insurance, wealth advisory, legal, or premium consultative sales
- Strong track record of working toward and achieving sales targets
- Highly competitive, self-driven, and resilient — comfortable in a target-based, high-activity role
- High emotional intelligence and client sensitivity — ability to navigate conversations involving death, inheritance, business succession, and family dynamics with empathy and tact
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build credibility and trust quickly with clients — including business owners and family decision-makers — often during vulnerable or high-stakes discussions
- Comfortable with regular field travel within the assigned city
- Fluency in Malayalam and English (working proficiency)
- Bachelor's degree required; background in finance, law, or business preferred
- Prior exposure to estate planning, business succession, insurance, or wealth products is a strong plus
- Local market knowledge of the assigned territory (Kozhikode/Malappuram/Kottayam/Kochi) preferred
