Position: Solar Technician
Location: Kerala
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Solar Technician to join our team in Kerala. The candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar power systems for residential and commercial projects.
Responsibilities
- Install solar panels, inverters, wiring, and related equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
- Troubleshoot electrical and solar system issues
- Ensure proper safety procedures during installation and service
- Assist senior technicians and engineers on project sites
- Maintain tools and equipment properly
- Prepare basic service reports and installation updates
Requirements
- ITI / Diploma / Electrical background preferred
- Basic knowledge of solar systems and electrical wiring
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Willingness to travel to project locations within Kerala
- Ability to work outdoors and at heights when required
- Good teamwork and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in rooftop solar installation
- Knowledge of inverter setup and battery systems
- Basic troubleshooting skills
