Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products/services, generating leads, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services clearly.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into opportunities.
- Maintain customer information and call records.
- Handle basic customer queries professionally.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-ups.
- Maintain regular communication with customers through phone and WhatsApp.

Requirements

- 0–1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or a similar role.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.




- Good verbal communication skills.
- Tamil and English communication skills preferred.
- Confident and positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and computer applications.
- Ability to work independently from home.
- Target-oriented and willing to learn.
