Job Summary

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable & Billing Executive responsible for managing customer billing, receivables, collections follow-ups, payment reconciliation, and maintaining accurate accounts receivable records.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and issue customer invoices, bills, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Handle day-to-day accounts receivable and billing activities.
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and maintain the ageing report.
- Monitor customer outstanding balances and ensure timely collection.
- Record and reconcile customer payments in the accounting system.
- Prepare customer-wise ageing reports and outstanding statements.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Projects, Service, and Accounts teams regarding billing and payment-related issues.
- Verify billing documents, work orders, purchase orders, service reports, and other supporting documents before raising invoices.




- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries related to invoices and payments.
- Maintain proper records of invoices, receipts, payment follow-ups, and collection status.
- Assist in monthly closing activities and preparation of receivables reports.
- Coordinate with customers for invoice submission and payment confirmation.
- Support GST/TDS-related documentation and ensure billing records are maintained properly.
- Perform other accounting and billing duties as assigned by the reporting manager.
