Job Description

We are looking for a Purchase Manager with an Electrical & Electronics background, preferably having procurement experience in CCTV, Fire Hydrant, Fire & Safety, and ELV products.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end purchase and procurement of electrical, electronic, CCTV, Fire Hydrant, and related hardware.
- Identify and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate rates, and finalize suppliers.
- Prepare Purchase Orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with technical, project, stores, and accounts teams for material requirements.
- Maintain vendor records, purchase documentation, and procurement MIS.
- Monitor market rates and identify cost-saving opportunities.




- Ensure materials are procured as per required quality and specifications.
- Handle vendor negotiations, follow-ups, and resolution of supply-related issues.

Required Experience & Skills

- Diploma / Degree in Electrical & Electronics / Electronics / Electrical Engineering preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
- Robust knowledge of CCTV, Fire Hydrant, Fire & Safety, ELV, electrical and electronic hardware.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation.
- Strong communication, coordination, and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
