Position: Customer Support Executive
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year
Location: Vijay Nagar, Indore
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls, queries, and complaints.
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers.
- Track and update shipment/delivery status.
- Coordinate with delivery teams for customer-related issues.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
- Follow up on pending queries and complaints.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through skilled communication.
