Responsibilities
- Responsible for designing a strategy to increase the volume & overall profitability of the assigned franchisee under his cluster.
- Designing a strategy to ensure that the growth is sustainable.
- Providing training & guidance to franchisee on various subjects.
- Training & development of franchisee staff.
- Responsible for acquiring recent franchisee and also have to replace a new franchisee in case of closure from the old one.
- Designing and driving various contest for franchisee.
- Personal touch with top 20 clients of each franchisee is must for Cluster Head.
- Having Advisory role with all franchisee.
- Cross Selling of products should be required.
