- Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels.
- Generate leads and build a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Research and identify potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
- Contact prospective clients through calls, emails, meetings, and other communication channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable company services and solutions.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial discussions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to convert opportunities into business.
- Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate with clients until successful closure.
- Coordinate with technical, design, estimation, and project teams to ensure smooth communication and execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions,



proposals, follow-ups, and business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales pipeline, and achievements.
- Attend client meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and other business development activities as required.
- Support customer retention and identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
- Perform other business development and client-related duties assigned by management.
