We are a software solutions provider offering subscription-based software plans to businesses and individuals. We are looking to add a motivated Sales Executive to our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential customers and explain our software subscription plans
- Clearly communicate the product's features and benefits to customers
- Close sales and help customers successfully purchase the software
- Track your daily/weekly sales activity and leads
- Maintain valuable relationships with customers
Eligibility / Requirements
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English both preferred)
- Prior experience in sales or marketing preferred (freshers can also apply)
- Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude
- Smartphone and basic internet knowledge required
Compensation (Incentive Structure)
- ₹1,000 for every successful sale
- If a salesperson makes 25 successful sales, they earn an additional ₹25,000 bonus
- No daily target or limit — sell as much as you want, the more you sell, the more you earn
- Earnings are fully performance-based — your effort directly determines your income
