F&B; Supervisor – Job Description

- Supervise daily operations of the Food & Beverage outlet and ensure smooth service.
- Lead and guide the F&B; team to deliver efficient and professional guest service.
- Monitor food quality, service standards, cleanliness, and hygiene.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.
- Ensure proper setup, service, and closing procedures are followed.
- Monitor stock, equipment, and operational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, safety, and service standards.
- Train and support team members to improve service quality and guest satisfaction.

Skills & Requirements:

- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Strong guest-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
- Previous experience in a supervisory F&B; role mostly preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
