Sales Executive – Premium Lighting Showroom

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, customer-focused and sales-oriented Sales Executive to join our premium lighting showroom in Kozhikode.

You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable products and converting enquiries into sales. Since we serve premium customers and deal with high-value products, confidence, communication, presentation and customer-handling skills are important.

Prior lighting experience is not mandatory. Product and lighting training will be provided during the probation period.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in a professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences and budget.
- Recommend suitable lighting products and solutions.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing and benefits.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on enquiries and quotations.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
- Achieve sales targets and confidently close sales, including high-value orders.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain showroom displays and presentation standards.
- Coordinate with billing, warehouse and delivery teams for smooth order processing.
- Learn and develop strong knowledge of our lighting products.

Candidate Requirements

- Any Degree / Diploma.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Confident,



presentable and professional when dealing with customers.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and genuine interest in sales.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Comfortable working towards sales targets.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and sales potential are welcome to apply.
- Candidates from any sales or customer-facing industry are welcome to apply.
- Experience in premium/high-value sales is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Lighting industry experience is an advantage, but not required.

Training

Product and lighting training will be provided during the probation period.

Candidates who demonstrate strong sales ability, customer handling, learning attitude and performance during the probation period will have the opportunity to continue and grow with the company.

Salary & Perks
